Required Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in London residential projects is essential

  • Very good Revit skills

  • Excellent English, both written and verbal

  • Extensive knowledge of London planning legislation & building regulations

  • Extensive knowledge of current construction methods and detailing

  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign & Microsoft Office

Experience Part 2 / Recent Part 3 Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage your own projects, under the guidance of the Senior Project Architect

  • Work on several projects at the same time

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to more junior members of team

  • Work on projects across all RIBA stages

  • Have good initiative to progress projects

  • Have good project management skills to ensure deadlines are met

  • Work well in a team

  • Develop management skills within role with the aim of progressing to a Senior Project Architect role

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ideally the candidates are experienced in London residential projects

  • Excellent Revit skills are essential for this position

  • Excellent English, both written and verbal

  • Good understanding of London planning legislation & building regulations

  • Good understanding of current construction methods and detailing
