Beaumont Road, Wimbledon

Beaumont Road is a five-storey residential development comprising 32 apartments, delivered in an off-white brick façade over an RC frame structure. Appointed post-planning for technical delivery, Shorten supported the client through a further planning application submitted during construction to secure an additional floor with three further apartments. The resulting 35-unit scheme achieved a GDV uplift of around 10%, demonstrating the commercial benefit of proactive design management and strategic technical coordination.
