Amity Grove, Raynes Park
Amity Grove is a fully private residential scheme comprising 17 apartments—14 within a five-storey building over basement and a further three within a smaller two-storey rear block. Appointed for RIBA Stages 4 and 5, Shorten delivered the detailed technical design, coordinating complex façade detailing and high-quality brickwork articulation throughout. The result is a refined, buildable scheme that combines strong architectural character with efficient construction and clear commercial focus.
