Camborne Mews, Wandsworth

Camborne Mews is a compact infill development replacing a disused MOT garage with two houses. Shorten led the project from initial feasibility through to completion, including novation to a new developer post-planning. The design maximises every square metre of sellable area within tight site constraints, demonstrating how intelligent spatial planning and robust construction detailing can significantly enhance development return on smaller urban sites.
