Green Man, Whetstone

Green Man is the redevelopment of a former tyre and exhaust centre on Whetstone High Road, delivering a mixed residential scheme on a prominent suburban site. Shorten led the project from early feasibility through concept design and planning, exploring multiple massing and layout options to maximise development value. Following novation post-planning to a new developer, we delivered the RIBA Stages 4 and 5 technical design—providing a clear, coordinated, and buildable package that enabled rapid construction with cost and programme certainty.
