Central Park Hotel is a major extension and refurbishment of a 300-bedroom hotel in West London. The project involves a full phased renovation of all guest rooms while the hotel remains operational, alongside the construction of a new frameless glazed rooftop restaurant extension. Appointed for detailed technical delivery, Shorten coordinated the complex design and compliance challenges associated with fire safety upgrades, structural alterations, and service integration, ensuring the works were executed safely and efficiently within a live hotel environment.
