Southside, Hillingdon

Southside comprises eight new-build houses delivered from concept to completion under a traditional client-side procurement route. Replacing an existing dwelling on a constrained suburban plot, the scheme overcame local planning requirements around parking and garden standards through inventive massing, using shallow but wide footprints with cantilevered upper levels to maximise internal area. The result is a distinctive and commercially optimised development with enhanced sellable floor space and strong market appeal.
